Mid-Atlantic is currently working with Exelon Power to update five Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans in Texas and Pennsylvania and Cogentrix on SPCC and Preparedness, Prevention and Contingency Plans. Mid-Atlantic continues to consult with Progress Energy on a variety of due diligence and compliance issues.
