Sunoco Logistics Partners, LLP (Aston, PA) has awarded Mid-Atlantic with a contract to provide a Discharge Prevention Containment and Countermeasure Plan, Discharge Cleanup and Removal Plan, and a Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plan for two of its pipeline terminals in New Jersey.
